Go time!

I JUST QUIT MY JOB TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEST DAY OF MY LIFE TO DATE!!!!!! Final day is the 6th of January. Start my internship on the 7th of January!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to all of you who have helped make this possible!! I am SO very grateful for you! My sponsors have donated enough to make it possible for me to start in January and carry me through until March!!! I'll continue to fundraise throughout the entire year, but for now I've got enough to get going. Ohhhhhh my goodness, buckle up folks. I CANNOT WAIT!! Time to start doing something worth my time and energy! Woop woop! I'll keep you all posted with more details over the next few weeks...

Main updates:
1)I'm going home for Christmas! 25th-27th. Praying for flights to be on-time!!
2)I'll be working at my job for New Years up until the 6th of January.
3)Move in with my host family in January! I'll be moving to a different part of the city and will be experiencing a whole new world of "news" and "getting used to's". I haven't met them yet, but will soon! I know they have two daughters age 12 and 8, the wife works in children's ministry and the husband is a police officer.
4)Start my internship on the 7th of January. CCV has developed an 8 week plan for me to shadow 3 different areas of ministry to figure out in which area I work best. First I'll be working in the "First Impressions" department of Adult Ministry, then shadow the "Pastoral Care" department of Adult Ministry which deals with counseling, and then shadow the "Neighborhood Groups" department which entails outreach into the community. Re-evaluate after 8 weeks to see what is working and what is not working.
